LIVology Spotlight: Tiffanie Jae

To celebrate that we want to spotlight more customers and their experience using our products. We were lucky enough to have LIVology user, Tiffanie answer a few questions about her journey. Keep reading to see what she had to say!

When did you start LIVology?
I had a chance to try it in … I think April. Unfortunately, Covid delayed the full release. I lost 9lbs the month I tried it. So I looked for some other things to help me. I tried the ketones that you drink. While they tasted really good they didn’t work for me. Then I introduced intermittent fasting, that was helping but I had hit a plateau. Then LIVology was released 😁

What was the moment you knew it was time to get healthy?
It had always been in the back of my mind. I knew that I needed to do something cuz I wasn’t who I was. My sheer determination got me through the many races that I ran but I just wasn’t happy with how my body was moving. Then a friend introduced the CBD +Energy capsules to me.

The first month I took them I lost 6 lb without even trying! That was the motivation that got me going!

At that point, I didn’t even know anything about LIVology. I had been limping for 8 months, blew out my back in Jan 2020 and ended up in ER. I have an incredible tolerance for pain. My first child I was in labor for 64 hours and I pushed for 11 hours with no pain meds. Then they took him C-section. For me to ask my husband to drive me to the hospital, he knew it was bad! It was so bad they had to help me out of the car at the emergency room and then I stood there for 4 hours with tears rolling down my cheeks Waiting for them to take me and back. Even when I went out in back I didn’t sit down because I couldn’t.

Did you do the 30 Day LIVology Challenge and if yes, what challenge challenged you the most?
For me, it’s making the time to exercise every day. Some days I just don’t have the time and I felt like the challenge made me make the time! It was very helpful to me!

How did you feel after you completed the 30 Day Challenge?
Amazing! More energy, better focus. I’ve never ever had a problem sleeping. I still don’t. I’m one of those people many like to hate because the minute my head hits the pillow I’m snoring! But I noticed when I take the sleep capsule before bed I get a better rested night sleep.

What was the first moment where you knew or felt that this program was working for you?
It was probably day two or three when I realized how much better sleep I was getting. I also realized that I didn’t have that ucky feeling in my belly anymore. I love the detox tea because if I do have a day where I don’t eat like I should I can take the detox tea and I don’t have to feel so guilty. I get a “do over”. I do call it my “do-over” tea LOL!

What do you have to say to anyone wondering if they should use LIVology? Try it, you have nothing to lose but weight! When I say try it I really mean try it give it the full 30 days of committing to taking the product every day. Making better food choices (if you slip up “tea” to the rescue!). Move your body even if it’s just doing some muscle-building exercises (push-ups, squats, planks…) Or even just making sure you get a 30-minute brisk walk every day. Even if that just means going to market, or going to a mall if it’s snowing where you live or if it’s rainy. commit to doing what’s going to help you feel better! I promise you won’t regret it and I promise you’re worth it!

Any tips for those who are just starting?
The first three nights when you take the detox tea to be prepared to go to the bathroom the next morning It can take anywhere from 8 to 15 hours for me when it kicks in. If you have a Fitbit and you wear it to sleep look at how your numbers on your quality of sleep go up! It’s pretty amazing. Do a daily journal, if you can do a journal for like a week before you start taking the products and then do a journal while you’re taking the products for 30 days. Make note of how you feel mentally and physically. I’m 55 and going through menopause and I didn’t think I’d ever get the weight off!

I’m so very thankful for LIVology products! They helped me get started and stay focused! I still have some more to go but I know I can do it with these products in my “getting healthier” toolbox!!
